What is therapy:

Therapy is a journey together with a therapist into a person’s internal world of thoughts, feelings and experiences. Through the exploration of one’s internal world within a therapeutic relationship, a process of healing and well-being can unfold. It requires honesty and authenticity from oneself in order to process some of the past hurts along with current experiences. All therapy sessions are between 50 and 55min long.

I provide therapy for adults, children and parents or caregivers.

  • Supporting parents: Providing a safe and empowering space for parents, especially those with children who have special needs.

My doctoral research focused on how caregivers understand their children’s behavioural difficulties, highlighting the importance of collaborating with parents as true experts on their children. This experience solidified my belief in a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy.
